AVES & ATLAS — REFUND POLICY

FINAL SALE
Because our products are produced for each order, all ordinary purchases are final sale once an order has been placed. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, colour, product, or quantity, or other preference-based reasons.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including the product, colour, size, quantity, and shipping address.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible through our contact page.
Please include:
- your order number;
- a brief description of the issue; and
- clear photos showing the item and the problem, where applicable.
Each claim is reviewed case-by-case. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include a replacement, reprint, refund, or another reasonable solution. Aves & Atlas does not guarantee a particular remedy until the claim has been reviewed.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Orders may enter production shortly after they are placed. We therefore cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or changed after checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible through our contact page and we will let you know whether a change is still possible.
SHIPPING ISSUES
If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, or if an order is delayed or lost in transit, contact us through our contact page. We will review the available tracking and order information and determine the next steps on a case-by-case basis.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
We aim to respond to customer support inquiries within 3–5 business days. During unusually busy periods, responses may take longer.
YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable consumer protection law. Where applicable law gives you a mandatory right to cancel an agreement, obtain a refund, or receive another remedy, those rights will continue to apply.
